Previously Parish Priest at The Resurrection of Our Lord Church in Sydenham (Kirkdale). Appointed Parish Priest of St Teresa’s, Ashford from September 2023. 

Some of Fr Alfred’s responsibilities:
– Parish Pastoral Council
– Parish Finance Committee
– Overseeing all formation groups and Sacramental Programmes in the Parish
– Caritas Group
– Spiritual care over St Teresa’s Primary School
– Marriage preparation and paperwork
– Parish website

Assistant Priest

Fr ANSELM JIMOH

Some of Assistant Priest’s responsibilities:
– William Harvey Hospital (on-call chaplain)
– Pilgrims Hospice, Ashford and all Nursing Homes in the area (on-call chaplain)
– Overseeing the sick visits in the Parish
– Altar Servers
– Polish Community

Fr Rodney Schofield
(resides at Wye)

Fr Rodney, retired, looks after St Ambrose Chapel, Wye

Fr Manu Mathai
(resident at St Teresa’s)

Fr Manu came from India, Kerala. Ordained in 2016. In 2022 he came to Kent to look after Knanaya Community.

Parish Priest at St Teresa’s from September 2017 to August 2023. Fr Peter has been appointed the Parish Priest of Sevenoaks from September 2023.

Fr Wojciech (Voytek) Kuzar

Fr Wojciech was an Assistant Priest at St Teresa’s from September 2020 to August 2023. Now moved back to Poland to his home diocese of Przemyśl to work in diocesan radio. 

Fr Joseph Owusu-Ansah

Assistant Priest form September 2019 to August 2020. Moved to take on the appointment as the Parish Priest in Birchington (Thanet)

Fr Lukasz Haduch

Assistant Priest from November 2017 to July 2019. Now back in Poland to take up a new appointment in the Metropolitan Major Seminary in Przemyśl.

Fr Jibin James

Resident Priest and Knanaya Chaplain from 2019-2022. Fr Jibin has moved as Assistant Priest to St Patrick’s, Dungannon, Northern Ireland (4 Killyman Rd, Dungannon BT71 6DH).

Sister Dolores

Sr Dolores has retired and now resides at Sisters of Mercy House in Gravesend.
